Wm. Marcus Spurlock, M.D. is one of the most experienced physicians in Integrative Medicine and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy for men and women.  Dr. Spurlock specializes in treating Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Age and Weight Loss Management, Sleep Therapy, Chronic Viral Syndromes and Body Detoxification. He brings a wealth of experience and research to Renewed Vitality, helping his patients regain a full and energetic life.Dr. Spurlock has worked for over 17 years in the field of viral diseases. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and a member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dr. Spurlock graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science and Medicine and the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport with a Medical Doctorate.From 1984-94, Dr. Spurlock was the associate professor at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport as a Family Practice Preceptor in the Comprehensive Care Clinic. He was a professor and clinic physician at the Viral Disease Clinic of LSU Hospital from 1992-94 and he was the medical director for two nursing homes in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Dr. Spurlock has been on numerous hospital committees during his tenure at hospitals in Louisiana and Texas including the Executive Committee.He spent three years in the United States Air Force from 1984-87 as a staff physician in the Family Practice clinic at Barksdale AFB Hospital in Bossier City, Louisiana. While there, he obtained his certification as a Flight Surgeon.Dr. Spurlock is knowledgeable, experienced, and has a passion for finding solutions to environmental and age related illness.  He brings a variety of cutting edge professional services to Renewed Vitality, making it the best choice for patients searching to improve their quality of life.
