C2 Case Study — A Lesson in Trust: StinkyFeet Athletics

Client: StinkyFeet Athletics

StinkyFeet Athletics turned to The C2 Group to help with the launch of their first store in Flowood, Mississippi. Store owners Toby & Christy Burchfield and David and Stacy Seago had the vision and heart to develop an elite running store, unmatched in the region. Was their model another running in town? Was it another running store in the nation? No. It was the running store of their dreams. The one they always wished they could shop at but never found.

The C2 Group helped solidify the initial traits of their brand as portrayed through the development of their in store décor, themes, and detail work. It extended to the colors used in store, displays, shelf talkers and more.

What’s one of the greatest compliments heard regularly at the store? “Are you a franchise?” The ready answer is, “No. We’re locally owned.” The idea that the quality of the store gives the impression that the development division of some big sports retail entity has developed it is quite satisfying.

This type of success has come because StinkyFeet had a great vision for what they ultimately wanted in their first retail outlet and had complete trust in The C2 Group to develop their branding in store and out. It’s been a marriage made in marketing heaven.

Specific projects:
In-store graphics, displays, ads, promo flyers, gift cards, website
